Day 4: Dark Chocolate
There are not a lot of sweets in our house.
We have found that when something is not there, it's considerably harder to eat it.
So, we try to say no at the grocery store instead of at 9 P.M. at home when we're craving a sugar high.
But there is one small indulgence that we have definitely not said no to.
Just two small squares can make the afternoon So. Much. Better.
Not a lot, just two small squares. Learn to savor. Appreciate.
We are thankful for Dark Chocolate. You know, they say that in moderation, it's really good for you. Studies have shown that it can lower blood pressure and is an antioxidant.
We agree with them. Whoever 'they' are. Thank you, government grant people, for funding that dark chocolate study.
And thank you, Dark Chocolate, we just want to say, we appreciate you.
