F is for Forex

One of the best things in the life of a missionary kid (or a missionary parent) is a Forex box.

For the uninitiated, a Forex or balikbayan box is an extremely large care package from home.  For a fixed rate, Grandparents (or other people who love us) can send a massive box with no weight limit...straight to our door.
This week we received two on the same day!  They easily weighed over 100 pounds each.
The older kids were absolutely stoked because they got new scooters from Grampy & Grammy.  And Skye was thrilled with her Minnie Mouse basket.

Little do they know their homeschool curriculum arrived in the same box.  BWAHAHAHA!!!  :)
Our puzzle loving boys had a great time assembling the world...with this pre-loved puzzle.
Skye is still thrilled with her Minnie Mouse basket & new sippy cup.
Upon completetion of the puzzle...they all danced around it...singing a song about a circle.
For the 2nd night in a row...the boys slept with their Razor scooters.
And, Skye's still sleeping with Minnie Mouse.

When the kids finally went to sleep...the parents enjoyed some delicious summer sausage and smoked gouda.

Yay for packages...they totally make our week...maybe even our month!!!
